<p dir=ltr>yaa dear me too hv low placenta. placenta never goes upwards by sleeping straight. my dr suggest me to sleep on left side. placenta automatically goes upwards with growing uterus it a natural process. our lying position cant effect it.

You do not need to sleep straight due to a low lying placenta. It seems you have not understood your doctor's instructions clearly. Please do check with the doctor if there is any other reason why sleeping on your back has been. suggested. Do not follow random instructions from family and friends as they can create more issues. It is not advisable to sleep on your back as far as possible post week 28.
