Hii everyone i am 26 weeks pregnant can i take chai with rusk or kachori in morning time ... or what else i take rather then this

Hey rusk and kachori both on a daily basis , is not good ..try something healthy ...fruits , nuts , sprouts ,poha , idli etc

Kachori wont be advisable everyday but rusk can be taken. However ensure this is not your only breakfast. I used to feel very hungry as soon as i used to get up and since i stay nuclear i am the one who had to mk breakfast so first i would have tea and rusk and then enter kitchen for cooking whole breakfast and eat.
Take roti and sabjee for brkfast. Thats the best fuilfilling breakfast meal you can have. Other than that you can have so many thinga like poha, upma, idli etc. Do not have fruits immediately after tea or breakfast. Keep a lil gap and have fruits if <u>having</u>

Yes for rusk. kachori will be heavy and could cause acidity.; Take kachori mid day maybe and not daily, only at times. Limit chai intake to two cups a day.
Daily early morning meals can be dry fruits biscuits and some milk.; Even an apple without nythg else is a great one breakfast meal.
