Hii frnds mre ko 40days hogyz c-section delivry ka nd i gained too mch weight during pregnancy so i want to knw ab mai kb walk nd yoga start kr skti hu so dat weight stable ya reduce hona start hoske.

Breastfeeding exclusively helped me reduce my entire weight after C section as I did not go for any excercise till an year .;; Good good and walks that's all .; So start gradually do not strain yourself ... Milk walks and feeding.;;

Start with your daily chores, agar ghar ka kaam karne me dikkat nahi hain tho everyday subah shaam 15mins walk kariye.. and after 3 months, start with yoga and other tummy exercises
