Hii. I eat regular meal like in breakfast Paranthas Poha Suji Upma .than in lunch two chapati with dal or any vegetable like bhindi ghobi n dinner is mostly some variety like manchurian pao bhaji..In between i take two fruits n one nariyal pani one cup tea with biscuits...n one glass milk at night
This is what my regular routine is which was also almost the same before pregnacy...So my question is is it healthy enough for a baby growth...or do i need to take extra also even if i dont feel like earing nigha..? Pls guide

You do not really need to increase quantity but just ensure that you eat balanced and have a mix of all the food groups. At this time calcium and iron rich foods are important. As Pregnancy progresses your focus should also include protein rich foods and add Omega 3 in the third trimester.

N yes if u r feeling nauseated.. try soaking sm raisins in water... N keep having those raisins with that water throughout the day.. it helps relieve nausea n also constipation which is a common problem during pregnancy.. hope that helps.. happy pregnancy :)

I used to soak sm nuts in honey overnight n consumed in the morning.. make sure it should include almonds chuare(dry dates) n raisins.. n u should also have two glasses milk with sm protein powder.. pro PL is gud u can try...
