Milk doesn’t come in like 3-4 days after delivery (talking about normal delivery). First 3 days, colostrum comes, that’s also extremely important for baby as it improves baby’s immune system. Keep breastfeeding ur baby. Eventually milk will come too. Once milk comes, make sure u feed ur baby on demand, don’t set any time line. Usually it is 2-3 hours. But my baby used to demand after every 2 hours, at times every hour too. Slowly and gradually the demand and supply will get established.
