dnt eat salt,hv plenty of water, coconut water,walk for half an hour. sleep well

hello kanishka, As every person has unique body n metabolism system it's bit tough to follow a general diet plan. Rather u cn visit a qualified dietician. And in general u should cut down extra table salt, pickle, chutni, papads, processed foods, Packaged foods etc. have coconut water daily, cut down excess sugar n sugary foods, deep fried foods. Go with earth.
