dont always substitute ur breakfast with oats and cornflakes.take nutritious breakfast like sprouts,brown grams ..home made <u>breakfast</u>

oats are healthy option..cornflakes once in a while is fine..try to have fruits in breakfast as the absorption rate is high in the morning for fruits..go for healthy options..
