hii.. my Baby suffered from viral diarrheoa in recent days.. he z slowly recovering now.. in the reports, doctor found that its because of lactogen intolerance.. what does that mean.. doctor asked me to stop BF.. should I stop breast feeding now completely.. is there any other solution..

please help me.. I'm struggling why this is happened to me and my baby..
