Hi pump that breast and see, if the pain is unbearable then consult your gynecologist.

Dip the nipple in hot water (hot water you can bare) after every feed for few mins and then give a gently massage. Once don’t wipe the nipple with the Turkish towel. This should help to get relief in 2-3 days.
