Don't worry.. if she is speaking mama papa then she will pick up soon.. kids even <u>p</u>ick up fast when they start school..

It is absolutely normal for a child to say few words at the age of 21 months please do not worry at all you keep talking to your child and keep the communication on post 2 years generally the children start talking in sentences and have full communication please be patient and talk to your child most and read to child books which is very very important it enhances the vocabulary and also helps building the communication skills
