hi,I need a urgent suggestions ,my sister in-law is confirmed her pregnancy just now but the gynaecologist said u should do abortion because her hba1 c level is 9.this is too high.what should she do? she should abort ? any other treatments to be there? please suggest me she is very much upset.this is her first baby . every one know first baby is how special for mom.please help her.

hba1c of 9 is high value. but that is not enough. what are her sugars? what is the status of pregnancy? she needs a holistic counselling with options given to her. it is finally upto her to decide. doctor cannot advise termination.. but can or should advise <u>options</u>
