hiii alll ...I washed clothes for 15minutes by sitting on chair after that I have pain in pelvic region ....is it normal or ?

Please try to avoid doing heavy tasks like this n lifting heavy objects ...Try taking rest ...and if the pain persists then speak to your doctor ...take care !!

Don't overstrain your body by doing something that you are not used to doing. Do the activities that you were doing on a daily basis before pregnancy. If the pain persists please see your gynaecologist. Always do what is comfortable. If you try something new please ensure that you start slowly and the moment you feel even a slight discomfort, stop right there.

Do whatever chore you are comfortable doing, dont stress too much, for a flexible pelvis,try some butterfly exercise,it will help in general wellbeing as well! All the best!

If the pain is too severe and is not fading away speak to ur doc once.. next time avoid washing clothes..take help from someone or use washing machine dear..<u>tc</u>
