hiii everyone ... mje 17 weeks pregnancy h.... meri back pain bht hota h ... even I can't do daily work in home ... Thoda kam kiya then rest fir thoda kiya fir rest ... Dr keh rhe h apko pain barrier krna padhnga... can u suggest me anything ... kya krna chahiye ?? Bcoz zada rest bhi body ke liye harmful h n caesarian hone ke chances zada hote h ??????

do what your body requires. take adequate rest.while sitting use some memory foam pillow or chair rest,it helped me. i used it in my office chair too.
