hiii experts...it's paining alot lower abdominal, n in above tummy tooo, I Hv placed pillow below my feet, but unable to lie down straight wat to do plzzz help me out

no she didn't tell any reason behind dis pain...I Hv thick water discharged tooo...n again it's paining I mean after small intervals..<br>
