Same with me but my doctor said not to take any medicine as it is because the nerve gets compressed with baby's weight... You can give hot compression to relieve yourself

Dr suggest me dolo 500 tablet but there is no effect with this tablet

You can use hot water bag. Use DFO gel. Do some warm oil massage. Yes paracetamol 650 mg is pregnancy safe. You can consult your gynaecologist and take it if its unbearable.
