Yes It does affect the pregnancy. If you have uncontrolled or very high BP there's a risk of preeclampsia and HELLP syndrome which can lead to preterm delivery, early labor, pregnancy complication, blurry vision, etc. Avoid taking it to that stage. Start with your medications, control your salt intake, avoid processed and packed food, drink plenty of water and practice yoga or exercise daily
