Yes you can use the inhaler. However you may want to try steam and also a saline nose drop like nasoclear for relief.

Hi! I was always in a cold when i was expecting. I would avoid regular usage of the inhaler. Instead i would do steaming very frequently. It helps clearing up a lot.
