Very common in pregnancy especially in the last trimester due to the increased weight it becomes more and more. Keep resting. Eat healthy and be hydrated always. Nind toh mujhe b nahi arati aajkal. Sabkuch try kiya he but nothing works. Still would suggest hv warm milk before sleeping.(for some, this works very well and quick,try!) Dont think or use any gadgets before sleeping. Also create a calm and silent atmosphere in the sleeping area atleast an hr before so tht when u plan to sleep your body is in synch with atmosphere.

Go for a walk at night and den take a shower. You'll get a good sleep... And if u feel tensed read books or soothing music. It will divert your mind... Get into some of u favorite hobby like painting or drawing something.. Ull feel good...
