just lack of sleep is the reason you can just apply some face cream and all will be good as he starts sleeping well .

It may b genetic or may be she is not sleeping well. Or u can consult your doctor for this.

one and half month old cant acheive a continous sleep for they need to be fed every 2 hr.but under eye.circles is this genetic also play close attention to baby naps they sud be consistent she cant stay awake for more than 1 to 1 and half hr put.her to sleeo before she gets too tired .
