Hiii ol... i m 8 weeks pregnent.. nd feel vomits aftr evry (2)hrs approx. fr d whole day .. nd dnt feel like eating anything

Bt still i tk Roti; milk nd ol wd vei much difficulty..

Bt evry aftr 2 hrs i feel hungry nd nt getting what 2 eat..; as i feel vei lazy nd weak nt

feelinv lyk 2 cook fr myself ..; vei mch sick of these

What 2 do.. what 2 eat?

I get it Naina first trimester in pregnancy is difficult. Just eat whatever you can even if it's little it's okay. You will loose weight and feel tired but things will get better once you hit 14 weeks. Try these simple things it will help you.<br> *As soon as you take bath with your little finger apply ghee to your ear hole (not deep inside) it hepls in controlling nausea.<br> *Don't start your day with liquids instead take nuts like badam or anjeer,; banana etc <br> *Drink home made soups, dal water, tender coconut, chaas etc to keep you hydrated at the same time you will feel lite <br> *Include more of hing in your diet and instead of plain water drink ajwain boiled water or jeera boiled water. You should feel better if you don't then your doctor can prescribe medicines for vomiting.
