Take an apple. Add little water. Blend it in mixer to make smooth paste and then add half glass of milk blend a little. Garnish with chia seeds on the top. Chia seeds are a good source of energy and protein and keep u fuller for long. U can add pear also instead of apple. Enjoy this smoothie
