My grandmother told me it may b due to "'churne"" the word she used it..

Antibiotics may cause loose motions.... May be he is doing it too much that's why the anal area has become red... Show to doctor if he is uncomfortable too much ..till then you can apply coconut oil...keep it open once in a while..

Yes he is..but i am totally confused as he is suffering from cold and cough too..doc prescribed him antibiotics..it may b due to medications..
