Hiiii dr.. I am gaining weight day by day.. I am working also. I am giving breastfeeding to my 8 month baby. So I can't to diet also..what to do to reduce weight ??

It's ok dont take tension about it till u breastfeed.. <br>
U can have briskwalk for 30 minutes<br>
U can do yoga or workout which u fine ok<br>
It's a slow process and u will loose weight definitely<br>

Hey dear try to be active whenever you can.. by being active I mean ditch lift or escalator and go by stairs,walk whenever possible..after you return from work take your baby to walk so that you both can have some quality time as well as workout time<br>
You don't need to do strict dieting it's just a fancy word but just encourage yourself for clean eating , home cooked food , less oily and junk foods, avoid sweets and dessert<br>
Include healthy options <u>like</u> one fruit,salad,sprouts,nuts whenever you starve.keep eating small snacks every 2-3 hours <br>
And most importantly keep yourself hydrated
