hi my baby will also complete 4 mnths on 9th. same is the case with her, it's approx 1 mnth my baby loose motions are not stopping.  I visited three 4 doc and they all are not giving medicine as they are saying that if your baby is gaining weight there is no problem. sometime baby's digestion system is week only dehydration should not be there
