Riya Stay positive and happy, go for walk in the morning. Go salt less for few weeks and avoid oily and masala foods. Do keep a track on baby movements.

High BP is not good for you as well as the baby .So far the growth of the baby is normal is good but your doctor may have suggested some medication to control the BP please take it regularly and follow up regularly with your doctor .
Avoid extra salt in food and take adequate rest
