It's good taht baby is growing fine. <br>
But now since Ur BP is very high it's not good for u and baby. So keep a check on Ur Bp...take prescribed medicine by doctor.
Avoid salt ,spicy oily food. <br>
Drink water lots of water. <br>

Stay positive and happy, go for walk in the morning. Go salt less for few weeks and avoid oily and masala foods. Do keep a track on baby movements.

High BP is not good for you as well as the baby .So far the growth of the baby is normal is good but your doctor may have suggested some medication to control the BP please take it regularly and follow up regularly with your doctor .<br>
Avoid extra salt in food and take adequate <u>rest</u>
