Please try to dry ur stitches that way it will heal up faster. I used to dry it in front of room heater which blows hot air.

Even in normal delivery,stitches are so painful?!😦😔

Don't worry dear, it takes time (4-6 weeks) . Maintain hygiene and take; medicines on time.

It takes atleast 1mnth for recovery....I have delivered my baby on sept 30th still I have pain.; When I asked my doc about the stitches pain,; she said its nt the stitches pain bt the muscles that are enlarged during delivery.; Use soft pillows when u sit.; U can feel a bit relaxed.; Clean with betadine solution to avoid infections. Take rest n have pain killers <u>regularly</u>
