Rest and drink plenty of fluids. Also empty your bladder to rule out bladder discomfort. If the pain persists and is regular then it is best to visit the doctor for a check up. You have not mentioned why you are on bed rest but if the same is due to a short cervix and no treatment has been done then you must visit the doctor as it could be discomfort from the cervix.

I was having short cervix and it's was diluting .. so had vaginal cerclage in 3 Rd month...  after than everything ok...  because of stitch it get tights... after removing in 32 week... no pains... I delivered in 39 week... c section.... 😶.. but my baby is healthy so no worries
