It is best to get diet plan from doctor. Its also known that they suggest only breastfeed until 6 months. As babies hunger level grows and only breastfeed isn't sufficient, usually most mommies start solids like raagi porridge and wheat porridge when the baby completes 3 months. However the feed of both porridge is only 1 time in a day like morning ragi and wheat during evening or night as far as I know. Rest of the hours breastfeeding or formula feeding. Slowly they'll introduce other foods like mashed vegs and fruits (not sure which month). I have friends whose kids are healthy, too sharp and much active though they are pre-term babies. So pls don't worry much. And yes pls continue breastfeeding and continue that as much as possible even after introducing solids.
