Hi,my Baby is going to be 3month old after few days. I did everything to increase my breast milk quantity even I have taken medicine and cure perium granules.but does not work please suggest I am very stressed
i have gone through the same phase..keep trying stuff and give fm parallely..FM is not bad for kids..so dont feel guilty..just keep trying

The more you feed, the more your muscles work and produce milk. Do keep feeding on demand dear.

when I pump with help of Brest pump quantity was little not even,1ml and my baby cried alot if he is not feed with FM.
