Keep wiping his face when you feel baby is sweaty or oily. When you apply oil to head.. by evening baby face will look oily. It's normal and no need to worry. After bath apply good moisturiser...it very much needed to keep baby skin healthy and soft. Rashes will be due to sweat, dust or dry skin. Use daily washed dry towel to wipe. Make baby wear only cotton clothes. For rashes apply coconut oil and massage before bath. As baby will be very sensitive and too small...their immune system won't be strong. It takes time to get adjusted to everything. Keep clean and wipe your breast after every feed and wipe baby face after having milk. Whenever you see drooling..wipe.

im not using powder or any face cream to him in face....i use to clean with wet cloth,bt even thro its oil.....i use to apply oil in his head in the morning,bcz he has more hair....is it ok

What face cream are you using for your baby ?

Please ensure u clean ur baby's face with a wet soft cloth post every feed. is this something ur doing regularly?  Pl do not put powder on the face as it will clog the pores further.
