Delhi is neither too hot nor cold in September...buy front open jhablas from mother care 0-3 months 3-4, baby full body rompers 2-3, burp clothes, cotton napkins to wipe face, cotton nappies, 3-4 wraps to carry baby when you go out for hospital or anywhere (buy bigger ones as it lasts long), one winter wrap in case you need ac at that time, if you are planning co-sleep then sleeping bag works best or if bassinet or crib accordingly plan....I recommend co sleeping as it helps in bond and easy/convenient nursing.....there are many things you would need for hospital bag check below http://app.babychakra.com/feedpost/5672
