hey Ashu..when I did my last scan in d 36week my Edd was different than what was all along..doc explained that towards last trimester during that fag end of term it's lots more crowded in there n hence d scan although all right may not be 100 pc accurate in measurements hence d Edd differs...now that ur weekly checkup will start ur doc will be in a better position to guide u about ur delivery time

as far as I know it depends on your first usg but doc mommies will help you better
