I have been using a baby bather which is a reclining chair.  but if you are baby is toooo jumpy and active, I wouldn't recommend it.

Deepu I have this tub, right side is the sling used for infants till they can't sit properly. need to support baby's neck with 1 hand and use other hand for washing.
