Movements must be 10 from 9am to 9 pm that's what I was instructed...

Sometime movement was good n many times or some time it becomes slow or only few

Don't miss udiliv...I was diagnosed with high levels of lft... only thing my doctor suggested me was to keep check on movements and never skip <u>udiliv</u>
