hi 3 month old baby is too young for medication and steaming... if the baby has a cold that is the commonest reason that triggers a cough so you can use saline nasal drops.. if the baby is exclusively breast fed you need not worry about the cough.. do have the baby evaluated once though no heavy medication us required
