Hlo mommies.. i m first tym mothr.. till date i was exclusively bf mothr.. now i hv to strt semi solids n expressed milk to my baby with in few days bcz i m working mothr. Plz give me complete guide fo sterlization process of baby utensils and breast pump.

Hi you can store the milk in steel containers or directly in feeding bottle, if the weather is not that hot can store in room temperature for 4 hrs, in the fridge 24 hrs, in freezer as long as you want, Always keep the milk behind on the fridge shelf , taste the milk before feeding, if sour discard. Better to invest in good sterilizer for bottles.
