U can use it everyday.; Change the diaper every 2-3 hrs or as per wetness. Do not use; anti diaper rash cream on the skin before putting on a cloth diaper as it hampers the absorbency of the; diaper. Also do not use liquid detergents to wash the diaper. U can use detergent powder like surf/<u>tide</u>
