Hlw everyone after delivery smoking kb se kr skte h.... Km se km din me one time bhi.... Kitne week ya kitne months k bad start kr skte h....
Avoid smoking till your breast feed atleast for one year... But why do u smoke ??

Plz check with your doc on this.. I guess as long you are breastfeeding you should avoid
