hlw.....mere 13 September ko c section se baby huya hai....uske baad mujhe 16 oct ko periods aa gye or abb aaj 3 nov. ko fr se period start ho gye....is anything to worry...plz reply

Until you breastfeed there will be fluctuation in hormones. If the bleeding is too bad please meet ur gynecologist.
