Hobbies!!!!

Hobbies can make your life and not having any hobby can ruin your life this si something that I truly believe...;✌️

I can say this with confidence coz I see my father. His health; has deteriorated badly along with other illnesses, he also has clots in his brain which lead to fits. The doc has always told him to keep himself engaged in some activity or the other so that the frustration and anxiety of illness goes away. I feel sad but at the same time I think I don't want to be in this state. He doesn't like anything now but earlier he too loved photography like me. Can't tell u a how many pictures he has clicked of mine as well as nature's. So u can say I have got the nack of photography from him. Also creativity runs in my family as my mom loves painting and reading , she has beautiful collection of her drawings and paintings. So now let me go ahead and tell u how having hobbies helps us...;
It makes you more interesting. People who have hobbies have experiences and stories that they can share with others. It helps to relieve stress by keeping you engaged in something you enjoy.
It increases your confidence and self-esteem as it increases ur knowledge and helps u to become patient.
Hobbies help reduce or eradicate boredom.
It enriches your life and gives you a different perspective on things.
It helps prevent bad habits and wasting time. There is an old saying that “idle hands are the devil’s workshop.” means you will be less likely to spend that time on wasteful or negative activities.
