Hoe many days it takes to cure umbical cord infection in 15 days baby boy I can't see the pain he is going through and m depressed .he cries alot he is on zifi drop and babygesic drop and I had to give colimex 2 times today total 4 drop plz any doctor using app .plz help me with your experience . I can't see the pain . people come and blame me tell me I didn't take care and I can loose my baby . plz help .😭

hi dear... please calm yourself... and you are not going to loose your baby, many babies umbilical cord get infected, and it also heals with proper care. if baby is boy, often urine can get at umbilical cord. so be careful about that... always keep it dry, and for the time being don't bathe but give sponge bath. do not listen to others, you are a good mom who loves your baby, and no one is entitled to judge you... take care dear....

time is a big healer. u r already giving him medications...so continue. keep offering him feed, hold him close as much as possible as it will give lot of comfort. n forget abt others..u dont need their negativity right now. keep area dry n put neosporin as other mums have advised. he maybe crying fr other reasons like hunger or sleep. keep ur pediatrician informed n let him examine to see if the cord is healing. <u>tc</u>
