HOME REMEDIES FOR DIAPER RASH
Baby diaper rashes are greatly disturbing for both babies and their mothers! The itchy skin caused by diaper rash bothers your little one a great deal, making them uncomfortable and cranky. I am sharing a few tested and tried methods to naturally cure diaper rash.Try one of these suggested natural home remedies, and if that doesn’t work too well for your baby, then try another. However, give a small break between both remedies, as baby’s have extremely sensitive skin.
These natural home remedies helped soothe and heal my baby’s diaper rash, and I hope they help yours too…
1. Petroleum Jelly:  A thin layer of petroleum jelly/ Vaseline gently massaged over the rash soothes the itchiness.
2. Ghee: Using homemade ghee on the rash is some of the best advice grandma ever gave! Apply after every diaper change.
3. Milk: Milk application or dabbing cotton soaked in your breast milk over the rash is the safest remedy. Believe me – I tried it on my baby and it worked wonderfully
4. Yogurt: Sugarless curd/yogurt helps to soothe and reduce the rash too. Homemade yogurt would work best!
5. Dalia: Mix Dalia with water to form a smooth, creamy paste. Massage this paste gently on to the rash affected skin, and then wash it off.Use this paste in your baby’s bathing water, and let him/her soak in it for ten minutes for relief. You could also use oatmealas a substitute for dalia.
6. Aloe Vera:  It is the king of home solutions!Being anti-inflammatory, aloe vera can be used for soothing your baby’s skin and reducing itchiness and redness.
7. Coconut Oil: Coconut oil is also a well-known and versatile remedy. Use it for a gentle massage over the affected area, or you could even pour some in baby’s bath water.

Some important tips to keep in mind!
Keeping the diaper rash affected area open and letting it air out helps it heal faster.
Always wash the affected area by warm water that gives relief from itching.
Avoid using perfumed wipes and rubbing the rash is a strict No-No. Rubbing spreads the rashes to other places.
Wash your baby’s clothes with baby detergent and rinse them well.
Be careful while changing dirty diapers, otherwise the rash could get worse.
Always keep that cute bum dry!Try another diaper brand if your baby’s diaper rash persists
