Homemade woollen are very cozy as compare to readymade available in market... they are warm and soft. And light and strong. Since it is taken out from fleece of animal so it is natural fabric to make clothes.. wool is more safer and is fireproof.
We wear woollen;clothes in winter because air is a poor conductor of heat and woollen clothes do not allow the transfer of body heat to the environment and keep us warm. Woollen Yarn has large amount of air trapped between its crimps.
We can also recycle it. If it outgrows we can give it to someone or we can knit it again according to the new size of baby...
