#homeremedies Gas related Issues Heat a griddle. When hot add 1/2 tea spoon heeng, 2 tea spoon ajwain and let it roast on simmer while taking care that it doesn't burn. Switch off the gas and take the mix in a dish. To this add 1 tea spoon sendha namak or even kala namak and mix. If you don't have both you can use common salt. Take 1-2 tea spoon of this mixture with warm water without chewing it. Just swallow. This gives immense relief in very little time. Repeating it twice a day completely solves the problem. People who continuously face gas trouble can make this and store in an airtight container for 2-3 days and take 1/2 tea spoon of this after every meal with warm water. Make fresh mix again. Also during gastric issue if there is pain in stomach apply some balm around the naval point in circular motion. This will help reduce pain.
