Hi...keep feeding your baby on time if still excess milk is there release it by pressing.....wear loose  clothes with slip....put breast pad under your bra....

Best way is to express excess of BM.&nbsp; You will feel better after expressing excess BM. Also as priya suggested use breast pads.&nbsp; I had suffered breast engorgement so pls take care.&nbsp; You can also give gentle quick oil massage before bath. <u>Tc</u>
