How can I come to know that my 3 month baby is full because he sucks his hand even after the feed..it's got confusing now as he loves sucking his hands now. Also while taking feed , he removes the nipple then halts and then again takes , sometimes I think he is just playing..what are sure signs that he is full and not playing around
