Eat something bland like a cracker or a biscuit in the morning. Avoid spicy and oily food. Do not lie down immediately after you eat. Eat small meals throughout the day. The last meal should be preferably 4hours before bedtime

Take small and frequent meals, finish last meal of a day 2 hrs before sleeping, walk for a while after every meal
