We as parents normally focus only in food but other things also are important ..like outdoor play that enhances metabolism and they get Vit D from the sun ...<br>

Maintain hygiene, ensure that you clean child's hands before him eating anything..also feed him citrus fruits like lemon, orange..keep your house dust free..make him eat protein rich foods like eggs, pulses..make chapatis on an iron tawa..curd is also good to boost immunity..add veggies like carrots, mushrooms,
