Hi Sachi don't worry relax !! Everything will work out . .it always does in the end . . !! Is the baby taking bottle now ? Yes invest in a breast pump . . Don't worry imtially the quantity may not seem like a lot but it does increase slowly . . Pump when you can . . Take the pump to workplace and pump during breaks as well . . Your husband will manage beautifully 💞💞

Hi sachi. ...you can manage every thing. Firstly about storing breast milk, u need to invest in good electric breast pump , medella and Philipps are good choices , breast milk can be stored in room temperature for 4 hours ,chose sterlize glass or steal vessels, bpa free containers are also available in market for storing breast milk. Electric pump is best then manual as it helps in stimulation of breast as you will be away from baby ,so there will be no effecr on flow, try to pump in the morning time it will be helpful.keep the hygeine in mind as sterilisation of pump ,storage container ,feeding utensil is very important .stirage in refrigerator can be done in fridge for that I recommend pouches for storing milk avaikabke in market .breast pump is like vardaan to working moms :). I joined back work and based on my experience I have written this.; Check if this can help u.. congratulations on returning to work :)

Hi... freshly expressed breastmilk can be kept at room temperature for up to 4 hours.... breast pump can be a very useful tool for a mother to have even if she intends to exclusively breastfeed her child....for many mothers returning to work shortly after giving birth is a reality, but by pumping and storing milk while at work a mother can continue to provide her baby with breastmilk as long as she would like...
