Upto 3 yrs u can feed, once u r feeding u will get new blood in your body. One thing u have to control ur kid on feeding bcoz they won't eat properly.

I stopped daytime feeds after my daughter was 1+. She had started solids 6 months onwards, and regular cow milk after 1 year. Total weaning off happened after she was 1.7-1.8 I guess... It took me around 1 week for her to leave breastfeeding totally. Dropping one feed at a time during the day helped, and by the time I stopped night feeds, she mostly used to wake once in the night that too due to habit and not hunger.. so it was kind of easy to wean her off. Ofcourse I needed my husband's support for this, to make her sleep after she woke up in the night to feed. Mostly, I would suggest, continue as long as you want to. Extended breastfeeding has its own advantages, atleast I would suggest to feed till minimum one year of age n then wean off slowly

Hey Weaning should start .. you can introduce liquids , semi solids by now but can continue giving breast milk till the time both the baby and you are comfortable.. <br> I did it till she was 1.7 years or more..
